No. No-Buy List works entirely offline. No account, no login, no data connection needed.
All data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server.
When you add an item, you set a waiting period (1 day to 365 days). After the cooldown ends, you decide whether to buy it or skip it.
Currently, the cooldown period is set when you add the item. You can always mark it as "Don't Buy" or "Bought It" at any time.
